Job Opportunity: Supplier & Vendor Quality Specialist
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 1st April 2026 to 31st December 2026
We are seeking a dedicated Supplier Risk Management Specialist to join our R&D Quality team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting GxP supplier risk management activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring ongoing inspection readiness. You may also participate in targeted initiatives as directed by management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Approved Supplier List, including onboarding new suppliers, maintaining active ones, and disengaging inactive suppliers.
Support supplier risk review processes and contribute to designing effective mitigation strategies.
Assist in developing and implementing SOPs for supplier management, in alignment with local regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and internal procedures.
Participate in supplier qualification and audit activities.
Support quality process and system improvement initiatives related to supplier management.
Contribute to local, regional, or global projects and quality initiatives.
Reporting:
This position reports to the Supplier & Vendor Quality Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or business discipline
Advanced degree is a plus
2–3 years of relevant experience in life sciences, ideally within medium- to large-scale organizations
Compliance experience in GxP regulated disciplines
Proven stakeholder engagement skills
