Senior Area Safety Officer
Location: Hybrid (Issy-les-Moulineaux, France)

Are you an experienced safety professional ready to elevate compliance and risk management within a dynamic, global environment? Kelly FSP is seeking a skilled Senior Area Safety Officer to support our client’s pharmacovigilance and product vigilance operations across local, regional, and global levels.
Key Responsibilities
Oversight & Compliance: Oversee local PV Systems, vendors, and regularly review/update PSMFs. Lead investigations of non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Safety Management & Reporting: Respond to health authority queries, perform reconciliation, document management, archiving, and regulatory monitoring; ensure AE reporting and proper training of staff.
Regulatory Vigilance: Keep current with local pharmacovigilance/cosmetovigilance/materiovigilance/nutrivigilance requirements; collaborate on implementing process changes; notify health authorities of safety issues.
Collaboration & Support: Participate in projects/workstreams; provide technical/strategic input within Kenvue Medical Safety and LOC teams.
Procedures & Compliance: Develop and maintain procedures in line with global and local standards; support audits, inspections, and ensure audit-readiness.
Business Continuity: Implement local business continuity plans and provide backup for the Area Safety Head as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
Health care science professional (Pharmacist, Nurse, etc.)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry with responsibilities in product vigilance.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong organizational skills and autonomous workflow management
In-depth understanding of product safety, drug development, and pharmacology
Familiar with global/local regulations and procedural documents
Proficient in IT safety systems and MS Office
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Proven relationship-building skills with internal teams and authorities
Demonstrated expertise in compliance and vigilance operations
Fluency in English & French is essential
