We are hiring for our client in medical devices!

Are you an independent contractor ready to make an impact on groundbreaking clinical studies? Join us as a Clinical Site Specialist (0.8 FTE, flexible) in Jerusalem. This role offers the flexibility to scale hours up or down based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for study sites, ensuring effective communication and coordination both internally and externally.

  • Independently coordinate, implement, and support clinical studies within Israel, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

  • Demonstrate strong site management expertise and substantial monitoring experience, with the readiness to visit sites on short notice, including last-minute requests.

  • Identify, recruit, and qualify investigators and sites based on study requirements and enrollment goals.

  • Oversee all aspects of site start-up, monitor ongoing studies, and support site activation and enrollment alongside the Site Operations team.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local/international standards through regular site monitoring, initiation, and close-out visits.

  • Lead local ethics committee submissions and maintain robust site documentation.

  • Drive site performance by providing timely feedback, implementing enrollment strategies, and addressing challenges proactively.

  • Train site staff to adhere to protocols, regulations, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to site budgets, and support audits and compliance activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7–10 years’ experience in clinical research, site monitoring, or medical devices (cardiology experience desirable).

  • Strong, hands-on site management and monitoring background.

  • Experience with local ethics committee submissions.

  • Capacity to act on short notice for urgent site visits.

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (other European languages an asset).

  • High degree of organization, communication, and adaptability to independent consultancy.
