End‑to‑End Data Lead

Kelly FSP is seeking a highly analytical and strategic End-to-End Data Lead to play a pivotal role in a transformation program for a top client. This role drives all data-related activities across the Ortho Japan deployment, focusing on strategy, governance, delivery, and sustainable business value.

About the Role:
You will champion the data agenda across every phase—business alignment, architectural planning, data migration, quality assurance, go-live readiness, hypercare, and the seamless handover to steady-state operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable data solutions that align with global standards.

• Lead workshops, reviews, and stakeholder engagements to validate data definitions, criteria, and readiness.

• Shape and manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, from design and migration to validation, reporting, and reconciliation.

• Oversee SAP S/4HANA-related data activities, ensuring integration and quality at every touchpoint.

• Guide data migration, mock cycles, cutovers, and traceability, with robust issue triage and root cause analysis.

• Set and track milestones, proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and risks on a global scale.

• Lead hypercare support, process handover, and the embedding of data governance frameworks for long-term success.

Core Expertise & Skills:

• Deep SAP S/4HANA knowledge and hands-on experience in enterprise data management and architecture.

• Strong understanding of financial processes, terminology, and multi-functional stakeholder environments.

• Advanced communication skills in English; able to act as a liaison between IT and business leaders.

• Experience in tool setup, workflow architecture, and enterprise-level reporting.

• Confident in independent issue resolution and effective stakeholder management.
